Supporting Our Community
Las Vegas Party Rentals is proud to support charitable organizations, schools, and community events throughout Southern Nevada. We believe in giving back to the community that has supported our business for many years and enjoy partnering with organizations that make a meaningful local impact.
Due to the high volume of donation and sponsorship requests we receive, all requests must be submitted through the form below for review by our management team.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but we carefully consider each opportunity and strive to support as many organizations as possible.
Donation & Sponsorship Guidelines
To help us fairly evaluate requests, please review the following requirements before submitting:
Requests must benefit organizations or events located within Southern Nevada
Preference is given to registered non-profit organizations, schools, and community programs
Requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event date
Las Vegas Party Rentals does not provide donations for individual fundraisers, personal events, or resale purposes
Organizations may submit one request per calendar year
Donation types may include discounted rentals, in-kind equipment, auction packages, or sponsorship support at our discretion
Our team reviews submissions on a rolling basis and will contact you if additional information is needed or if your request is approved.
